5 Day Workout Week

Hi! My name is Annette and I've found that a five day workout week works best for me!

Since I work during the week, it's easier to stay on a schedule which includes going straight to the gym every day after work on my way home.

This way I get all my workouts in for the week and then I can relax on the weekend!
