Faux Cheesecake

Faux Cheesecake (adapted from Bethanny Bakes)
1 Cup Whipped Friendly's Cottage Cheese
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Mix really well and freeze for 15 minutes, stir and freeze for another 15 minutes.
for a huge treat you can also add either almond slivers or mini chocolate chips!
