My Workout: My workout consists of intense weight lifting 5 days a week; a body part a day....& cardio 6 days a week. During competitions it's everyday, sometimes two times a day. I enjoy boot camp classes & yoga when I can squeeze them in. My Diet: My diet off competition is pretty lean & clean except for one cheat day a week. I eat lean meats, lots of veggies & yams, brown rice & occasional pasta (not a fan)....in competition training it's very strict! No sugar! ...No drinking! ...Limited fat! ...and No cheat days! All I have to say is "Thank God for Frank's Red Hot!" It's the only seasoning allowed...lol. My Secrets: My secrets/philosophies are simple....you get out as much as you put in! Train hard...it'll pay off. Make every rep count!
