My Workout: I work out 3-4 days a week. I have to fit it in when I can. So, I usually work it in around my schedule, which can be tough since I have three small children. I just make exercise a priority. Plus, once I get to the gym, it's actually really fun. I can meet up with friends and get in some cardio at the same time. I also meet up with my husband there and we do circuit training together.
My Diet: I generally eat 3 meals and two snacks a day. It's pretty easy because my kids actually like vegetables (!) so we don't keep a lot of junk food in the house. It's really helpful.
My Secrets: I think family is important. We have great times together and that's what really counts. I love to hook up with friends often too. My husband and I enjoy a great glass of wine with good company on a regular basis. You've gotta live a little!
