My Workout: I work out all the time, but not in the traditional way. I do all kinds of outdoor activities like gardening, mowing (with a hand mower), and shoveling snow. I'm very very active, usually on a daily basis. At work, I go up and down stairs, probably about a hundred times a day...I know it doesn't sound like much, but believe me, it adds up!
My Diet: I do all things in moderation. I never eat a big meal, and usually I like to "graze" during the day. I do enjoy my beer on the weekends, but I always combine that with protein, not sugar.
My Secrets: I believe in friends and family. It's great to surround yourself with the people you care about. Friends and family make you laugh and keep you happy!
