eat clean diet


The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno is all about living the healthy lifestyle. Tosca tells her story about being unhappy and overweight and how she turned it all around. She is truly an inspiration and she really looks fantastic now! It's nice to know that it's possible to make such a huge change even when you begin in your 40's!

I found this book by MONICA SELES to be inspiring and life-changing. She details her struggles in life with her weight and emotional eating, as well as dealing with over-critical judgement from the public. She learned to love herself and treat her body right by feeding it natural whole organic foods, and eating when hungry. She puts in writing what so many of us have gone through or are dealing with now. And, she shows us the way out. Thank you Monica Seles.

The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno is a great supplement to her book, The Eat Clean Diet . It unlocks the world of "what to eat". It's always hard to figure out exactly what to eat. You can read about fish, eggs, oatmeal, lean meats, nuts, etc all day long, but in the end...how do you put it all together?

Tosca really clears it up. Her recipes are really delicious and list all the calories, protein, carbs, and fat. This is super useful when you are counting nutrients and trying to stay on track.

Now, you don't have to just eat a bowl of lettuce. You can actually eat something tasty! Delicious food makes the whole "eating healthy" thing palatable.

This book on Goal Setting, by Tom Venuto, is fantastic. He really lays out everything for you so you can easily set up goals for yourself that are measureable and attainable. By the time I got done reading this book I was really excited about setting goals for myself and formulating a plan to achieve them! I think you'll find this book invaluable.
