I tried the new Metabolic Surge program which can be found on www.winnerfitness.com. It was great and I really did gain a lot of strength . Actually, it was kind of amazing how strong I got. The diet plan complements the specific weight training program for each day. The diet portion is not easy. It involves low carb and low calorie days. Some days you only eat fruit or protein.
